About Us

So OK, there isn't exactly an "us" but there is a me, Flo.

I am a runner and blogger, among other things. My running blog, Girl-In-Motion has kept me on my toes since Fall of 2007. Filled with training, racing and living trials & tribulations, I'm always jabbering on about something. Right now, the wonders of marathon training have taken hold, so there's much to ponder, bitch, whine and revel over.

Meanwhile, all that blogging can give a gal ideas and one of them was this little baby, The Gifted Runner. I've finally combined my love of running with an adoration for greedy commercialism graphic design, culminating in this swell place where I can waste even more time ruminating over my favorite subject in the whole world...running.
